It is been a while since the last time I’ve been to Gourmet Cafe now Gourmet Farm. You have to go to Tagaytay to eat in their restaurant. It was a delightful lunch as matter of fact.
I ordered for salad which, I loaded up my plate with their salad bar, Fungi Tagaytay mushrooms aglio olio or blanca truffle sauce and they serve exclusive herbal teas, I tried their tarragon. While my friend ordered for salad too, Pesto Speciale Salmon in white sauce topped with basil pesto and sun dried tomato, special lemonade with twist of basil, lastly coffee which they serve premium blended and specialty coffee.
The food is satisfying for the paying market, good customer service, spacious parking and clean comfort room. To my surprise I know, chef Molera. They maintained the quality of their food, freshness of their greens.
When you go to their cafe which they have a parking space for it too and comfort room, there you can buy something to bring back home like for instance I bought the mushroom chips which I like and their lettuce chips taste like pesto something new for me to try out. They also have freshly baked bread. They have space for parties, events and so forth and they grow their own greens which they cultivate organically and culinary herbs at their 11- hectare estate. The place has been around for 30 years and first Mediterranean theme and salad bar in the country.
I will always come back and visit Gourmet Farm it is my go to place for salad and tea every time I’m in the area.
