On a prowl for coffee today. I was driving and running through my head to where I should get my coffee fix. I decided to go Canadian, and my feet has brought me to the doors of Tim Hortons.
They have the most courteous security guard. He assisted me as I parked my car, greeted me and opened the door to the establishment. When I reached the counter, the counter lady took my orders. I was looking for a not so sweet foodstuff, so I decided to go for the Tuna Melt Sandwich, Potato Wedges and Hazelnut Latte.
As I sat and waited for my name to be called, announcing that my orders were ready, I looked around and just surveyed the place. There were a couple of people, talking, eating, drinking and working on laptops or their cellphones. It was quiet and everybody looked like they had their own world. There are tables for four mostly, two long barstool tables and my favorite the tables with the couches or sofas. It was clean and the security guard also roamed around inside cleaning the tables of used plates, cups and trays.
I picked up my order on the counter as my name was called. I was offered ketchup for my potato wedges, but declined it.
I sat and took a bite. I loved the Tuna Melt Sandwich. The serving size was filling. I liked the combination of tuna and cheese, which was warmed on the grill. The Potato Wedges was cooked and seasoned well. The Hazelnut Latte was hot and just the right amount of sweetness.
I also have tried a few of their food selections before, like Ham and Cheese in Croissant, Hashbrowns, Timbits, etc. So far my experience at this cafe are all good. The ambience and their prices are a bit above average, which ranges a bit more than ₱300 for the combo meal. I don’t mind eating breakfast, merienda and even a sandwich lunch at my leisure here, or for a business meeting. You should to.
